∎ Proven experience in food production management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Effective Business Communication Skill, Google analytics, google form, Google Suit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of food production, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
∎ Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high product quality standards.
∎ Continuously improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee the production of safe and high-quality food products.
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address any issues.
∎ Maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
∎ Develop and manage the production budget, including cost control and expense monitoring.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
∎ Coordinate maintenance and repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime.
∎ Evaluate the need for equipment upgrades or replacements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 38 years
∎ Leadership quality
∎ Good knowledge of Safety standard, team building, industry knowledge, regulatory and compliance issues of the factory.
∎ Individual Decision making capacity.
