Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee end-to-end factory operations including Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing
Ensure production targets are achieved with maximum efficiency and minimum wastage
Maintain strict quality control as per buyer requirements (AQL standards)
Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP)
Lead IE (Industrial Engineering) initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency
Monitor line balancing, SMV, and capacity planning
Coordinate with merchandising, planning, and commercial teams for order execution
Ensure timely shipment and strong follow-up on production schedules
Manage and develop department heads and large workforce
Implement cost control strategies and reduce rejection rates
Ensure workplace safety, labor compliance, and factory discipline
Handle buyer audits and inspections confidently
