Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involves carrying out a range of technical, investigative and quality control work
∎ on fabrics.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Maintain Lab-dip, Sample Fabric and Collar/Cuff development chart and keep update in daily basis.
∎ Work closely with knit fabric mills concern department regarding fabric quality issue.
∎ Ensuring that products meet set requirements and test specifications
∎ (e.g. color fastness, Pilling, Dimensional stability, durability etc.).
∎ Working with factory Merchant and Fabric concern for bulk fabric issue and ensuring the solution.
∎ Visit factory to get update of development/Bulk fabric progress.
∎ Maintain a bulk fabric/collar chart and update the status every day and share with Merchant.
∎ Evaluate the shade submission and fabric quality against lab-dip/Master standard.
∎ Release the bulk fabric/collar approval comments thru mail and sign a physical copy for factory/QA reference.
∎ Maintain all bulk fabric approval record separately at least 2 years.
∎ Maintain a fabric Master standard shade file.
∎ Keeping up to date with trends and innovations of new fabrics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) as Fabric Technician.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Buying office, Liaison Office, country office, Fabric mill.
∎ Knowledge, Competencies & skills:
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
