Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)

• Source all types of fabrics (Knit, Woven, Denim, and Non-Woven) from local and overseas mills as per buyer specifications.
• Develop new fabric qualities within the sampling department based on tech packs, trends, and seasonal styles.
• Coordinate weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and printing processes for sample and bulk production.
• Build and maintain domestic and international supplier networks with backup sourcing options.
• Collaborate with washing department for special finishes, hand feel, and dry processing aesthetics.
• Follow up on fabric quality, conduct risk assessments, and provide technical/managerial solutions.
• Analyze fabric structure, texture, composition, design, and AOP techniques for buyer requirements.
• Ensure bulk fabrics match approved samples in quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor daily production output from weaving, printing, and dyeing mills.
• Conduct color assessments using visual checks, Pantone standards, and X-Rite tools.
• Study market trends for fabrics, finishes, textures, and pricing.
• Develop new weaves and qualities according to seasonal buyer trends.
• Arrange mock-ups and swatches for range library presentations based on wash type and peaching levels.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to source the best quality fabrics at competitive rates.
• Manage documentation including PO raising, payment processing, and transport follow-up.
• Maintain MIS records for sample store/library issuance and clearance.
• Coordinate daily with Bangladesh mills and the India team.
• Support inspection coordination for quality and shipment readiness.
• Prepare TNA (Time & Action) plans and monitor lead times.
• Manage greige fabric purchases as per customer requirements.
• Apply basic knowledge of payment terms, LC processes, and delivery transaction timelines.
