Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Microsoft Office, Email, and online comunication,Fluent in English spoken
∎ Skills Required: 4 to 5 years in the relevant position
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
Job Context:
∎ A competent Manager (Knitting, Dyeing Finished fabric and Fabric sourcing) is required for the Finished Fabric Production unit of a large export based Knit Composite Garments Factory located at Gazipur.
∎ The factory needs 05 Tons (approx.) Support Finished fabrics in each day.
∎ 100 % Export oriented RMG Knit garments but responsibility dying sector fabric in time in house with quality full.
∎ Fabric sourcing and supporting expert.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Yarn Booking, Knitting Plan as per Fabric Booking.
∎ Fabric Production planning according to priority and shipment requirements.
∎ Coordination with production & planning departments for day to day production.
∎ Ensure fabric quality as buyers approved standard.
∎ Prepare Dyeing Plan as per Dispatch Plan and Lead Time from sub-contract dyeing house.
∎ Must have knowledge about different fabric knitting & finishing such as Cotton, Cotton/Spandex, Modal, Cotton/Modal, CVC Fabric, Viscose, Viscose/Spandex, Jaquard knitted etc.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on high quality Fleece Fabric Brushing, Combing, Shearing, Peaching etc.
∎ Good knowledge on fabrics design and has to be creative in collecting & developing different types of fabric.
∎ Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of the production fabrics
∎ Capable of technically minimizing fabric dying cost with best quality output by sourcing right dying partner.
∎ Overseeing the Knitting, and dyeing finishing processes with the fabric mill.
∎ Reduce Re-work and wastage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate who has good knowledge about latest technology of knitting dying is preferable.
∎ Capable to handle Fancy fabric, Critical structural fabric, Functional fabric.
∎ Capable of fabric sourcing domestics or abroad.
∎ Candidate who has experience in knitting & dying will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
