Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a F & B Manager / In Charge to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Job Location: Dhanmondi Club Ltd, Dhanmondi R/A, Road# 12, Dhaka-1209.
∎ Workplace: Dhanmondi Club Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong working knowledge in well reputed franchises of food service minimum 8 to 10 years. working experience in the 5 star / overseas hotels will be a preference.
∎ Manage restaurant staff's work schedules.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
∎ Maintain quality control for all food served and introduce new delicious and aristocrat cuisine.
∎ Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience.
∎ Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
∎ Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
∎ Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
∎ Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
∎ Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
∎ Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
∎ Organize and supervise shifts.
∎ Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
∎ Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
