Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Food & Beverage In charge to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Workplace : Food & Beverage Department
∎ Job Location : Dhanmondi Club Ltd
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong working knowledge in well reputed franchises of food service minimum 5 years. Working experience in the Social Club will be given preference.
∎ To ensure that all the services deliveries are carried out as per the terms and conditions agreed upon with the club member.
∎ Initiate development of new menus, special event menus and new ideas for promotion, festivals and other special event.
∎ To develop and implement strategies for the assigned food and beverage outlets that support achievement of the Club goals.
∎ Stay in close communication with the member for all issued regarding food service and different program arrangement and ensure 100% members retention.
∎ To monitor status regularly and adjust strategies as appropriate.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant, lounge and kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are well maintained.
∎ To develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit goal.
∎ Assist in the development of the marketing plan for the outlet by keeping current on competitors on a regular basis.
∎ Coordinate with the purchase department to understand and forecast the cost trends and revisions.
∎ Analyze the operational cost centers and provide solutions to increase the efficiencies in the site
∎ Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff and checking staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
∎ Increase sales by coaching the waiters on effective sales techniques
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3/4 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor/Asstt Manager/Manager
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Hotel/Restaurant Management
∎ Social Club duties
