Job Context:
∎ Flashy Flash Jute Mills Limited started its journey on October 2018 with a singular purpose of providing the best quality Jute Yarn for the export market. The factory is situated in Dhakopara Dighapotia Natore. We want to accelerate our export in China, Iran, Turkey, India, Holland, Russia and other potential countries
∎ Job Location: Head Office Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The post is responsible for Sales, Marketing & Export development of Jute yarn.
∎ Identify market abroad; maintain relationship with the buyers for export development.
∎ Plan, direct and control all selling and marketing activities and penetrate the potential markets to secure new sources of revenue. Prepare sale, Business and Marketing Plan to optimize revenue opportunities.
∎ Maintain effective growth in market share. Drive to increase sales and achieve targets by utilizing all opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, monthly sales achievement reports, Stock reports etc.
∎ Maintain relationship with bank, customs, C&F, and other organization to ensure smooth export of products.
∎ Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and the company. Analysis customer's preferences and attitudes.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8 years in Jute industry and must have 10-15 years in export.
∎ Knowledge about marketing in national & International jute market & trade ,Customs,EPB,Subsidy,Duty Draw Back,B.L.
∎ Ability to meet sales periodic and annual targets and goals
∎ Excellent communication skills with fair command over English language
∎ Build up a better relation & correspondence with buyers, bankers, C & F agent and others.
