The factory is situated in Dhakopara Dighapotia Natore. We want to accelerate our export in China, Iran, Turkey, India, Holland, Russia and other potential countries
∎ Job Location: Dhakopara Dighapotia Natore
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, coordinating and controlling production process.
∎ Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of production.
∎ Drawing a production schedule.
∎ Working out the material and human resources required.
∎ Working in coordination with the Production supervisor and liaising with different departments such as suppliers and managers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Factory Operation, Production planning, Production Process, Production/ Operation Management
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience of working in Jute factories engaged in business with world-class customers/brands out of which an experience of 10 years as a Production Officer, managing overall functions of export oriented units.
∎ Good aptitude with skills to educate and manage operators doing multiple operations
∎ Knowledge of production planning, rejection control, maintaining of AQL and understanding of Industrial Engineering in apparel production
∎ Excellent communication skills with fair command over English language
∎ Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
∎ Leadership and motivation skills
∎ Knowledge of labor laws and other applicable statutory compliance
