Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Urgent Hiring: React Native Developer
∎ Job Title: React Native Developer
∎ Salary: 30,000-45,000 BDT (Based on experience)
∎ Location: POHS (Police Officer’s Housing Society) Road-102, Home: 47, 300 feet Bashundhara-Purbachal Link road, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229.

∎ Requirements
∎ • Minimum 3 years of experience as a React Native Developer or similar role (experience in a software company).
∎ • Proven experience in mobile application development using React Native.
∎ • Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.
∎ • Experience with mobile app development tools and libraries (e.g., Expo, React Navigation).
∎ • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
∎ • Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
∎ • Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
∎ • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
∎ • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
∎ • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
∎ • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
∎ • Develop and implement APIs for various services and applications.
∎ • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
∎ • Monitor application performance and implement improvements as needed.
∎ • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver features on time.
∎ • Conduct unit testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.
∎ • Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
∎ • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.
∎ Working Hours
∎ • Regular office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, with a lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
∎ • Saturdays will be half-days, from 08:00 AM to 1:00 PM, without a lunch break.
∎ • Weekly holidays will be on Sundays.
∎ • 10 minutes will be given for each prayer.
