Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols;
∎ Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to the vendor;
∎ Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation;
∎ To Support user, design LAN and WAN, IP, the Internet, email services.
∎ Install & configure router, switch, Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers and other IT items and firewall.
∎ Planning, configuring and setting up IT Infrastructure.
∎ Support all general activities in the department and take part in the installation of the equipment.
∎ Having practical knowledge to install & configure networking Router (MIKROTIK, CISCO, JUNIPER) Switch (CISCO, HUAWEI, JUNIPER) & Wireless Devices (UBNT, CAMBIUM, ALTAI).
∎ Knowledge on networking technologies protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VLAN, MPLS, QoS etc.) and services layer2, layer-3, MPLS VPNs, NMS (Nagios, Cacti etc.).
∎ Setting up new user’s accounts & profiles & dealing with password issues, user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer servers, and virtualization.
∎ Able to solve and modification any kind of hardware/software, windows program failure.
∎ Maintain website and make necessary addition and deletion when necessary.
∎ Ensure system support to user-level as per requirement.
∎ Any other task provided by Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ • Having practical experience in software & hardware and other IT-related jobs.
∎ • Should be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ • Strong oral and written communication skills, action-oriented approach to work and quick decision-making ability.
∎ • Should have very good command in English.
∎ • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
