Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position is responsible for Bengal Travels and Tours limited group tour packages and for sales and business development and corporate relationship.
∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
∎ Operation:
∎ ·  Preparing packages for social media and other digital platforms
∎ ·  Preparing Group and FIT Quotation for Upcoming Tours
∎ ·   Corresponding with Existing Corporates and all staff for good professional relationship and updates.
∎ ·   Proposing new business ideas and develop existing business ·   Supporting Ticket and Visa team for sales and operation
∎ ·   Others anything as per Management or Supervisor’s instructions
∎ ·   Creating Invoices in Cash X
∎ ·   Email Correspondence
∎ ·   Supporting Collection team
∎ Sales:
∎ ·    Visit new Corporates and existing (Monthly – 10-15)
∎ ·    Achieve individual sales target for BTTL.
∎ ·    On-boarding new corporates and clients and maintaining relation with existing clients.
∎ ·    Telemarketing and email marketing
∎ Documentation & & Reporting
∎ ·    Reporting to Supervisor for upcoming packages and exiting package update
∎ ·    Reporting to supervisor for daily activities
∎ ·    Preparing monthly activities for package and tour.
