∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training, Training & Development, Training Coordination, Training Facilitation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Training Institutes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure corporate sales orientation for new employees of sales force
∎ Facilitate different types of sales trainings.
∎ Develop training modules.
∎ Develop new training methods and exercise.
∎ Assist for creating training budget and calendar.
∎ Assist for conducting TNA.
∎ Find out training opportunities and provide all kind of support to organize trainings.
∎ Proofread and translate important documents and learning materials.
∎ Make short term and long term training plans.
∎ Summarize training feedback and Support as per management training and development needs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Pro-active, smart, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
∎ • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office & MS Power Point
∎ • Comfortable in public speaking
