Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support purchase & procurement operations of the company
∎ Plan the most efficient administrative procedures related to purchase operations for Trims & accessories
∎ All activities related to vendors including identification of new vendors, managing relationships with the existing ones, bill clearance, audits, vendor rating etc.
∎ The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently & effectively in order to provide an uninterrupted supply of products to the units.
∎ Create the company’s supply chain strategy
∎ Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
∎ Maintain supply chain inventory and records
∎ Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
∎ Resolve issues that come up
∎ Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
∎ Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
∎ Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, MS word, Excel and power point
∎ well behaved and convincing
