∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procuring and maintaining supply chain of Dyes & Chemical for Dyeing, Finishing, Printing, Washing ETP, WTP, Utility & maintenance over FIFO method.
∎ Source and procure the goods depending on trend and need analysis through the organizational system such as effective budget making, LC processing, C&F management, transparent negotiations, comparative statements, work order, bill processing.
∎ Proactively forecast production material requirements from development/sample stage to ensure appropriate suppliers and costing is developed beforehand to ensure smooth and quality production flow.
∎ Take necessary steps to source the required material on time systematically. Making documentation such as budget for global sourcing, required certificate for compliance and production etc.
∎ Strictly maintain minimum stock level for every item. If facing any regular product shortage then take loan from local agent for smooth production while ensuring balance of issues and received loans closely.
∎ Take initiatives to develop alternative product of existing, at lowest cost while meeting all necessary quality parameters. Initiatives are based on thorough data collection and analysis to optimize dyes & chemical dosing, develop new product & processes, and sustainable/valuable vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing;
