Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the sales process, including lead generation, client and partner on-boarding and after sales support.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional departments in order to maintain smooth operation and ensure client support.
∎ Prepare quotation, invoice, payment memo and other associated sales documents as and when needed.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Maintain accurate sales reports and databases.
∎ Implement sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support other projects as needed.
∎ Follow-up with Clients & Partners
