∎ R&D Process: ADL/A&RD, QC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop API processes and validate the synthesis of Generic API molecules in R&D
∎ Laboratory as per Instructions maintaining GLP.
∎ Perform synthesis in R&D lab associated with Team members to develop new APIs or to improve synthetic route for existing APIs.
∎ Ensure successful transfer of the developed technology from R&D lab to Pilot plant. Also
∎ Perform small scale (HVP) production in pilot plant associated with Pilot Plant Persons according to market demand.
∎ Ensure proper R&D materials management for smooth execution of API processes.
∎ Ensure that Exhaust system of all Fume Hood is in order, Lab. Equipment & supporting utilities are in good functional order at any time.
∎ Prepare/Review system and GMP related SOPs and other required documents as and when required. Also ensure cGMP & EHS in the working area

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience from any reputed pharmaceuticals company
∎ Good analytical, API molecules synthesis & interpersonal skill
∎ Advanced knowledge in MS Office
∎ Good communication skill in both English and Bangla
