• Hands-on experience with tablets, capsules, and pellet formulations.

• Good understanding of excipients, process variables, and dissolution behavior.

• Familiarity with scale-up, validation, and technology transfer activities.

Healthcare Chemicals Limited (HCL), a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited, located in API Park, besides Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Gazaria upazila of Munshiganj, envisions manufacturing world class pharmaceutical raw materials for the local and foreign markets. HCL would like to reduce dependency on foreign sourcing of raw materials for the pharmaceuticals industry and save valuable foreign currency of the country. HCL will manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and related key chemicals required for the pharmaceuticals industry.

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals for the mentioned position in HCL.

Job function: Engineering

Location: API Industrial Park Gazaria, Munshiganj Bangladesh

Job Description/responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a GMP pharmaceutical facility ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements

• To conduct electrical maintenance through preventive schedule and collaborate with other departments for smooth execution of the same.

• Maintain safety aspects of electrical systems through regular monitoring and conduct periodic electrical safety audit by third party.

• Ensure reliable operation of power distribution including standby generator operation, production machines, utilities, and control systems.

• Respond to electrical breakdowns and production support calls

• Prepare the SOPs for Operation and Maintenance of equipment and utility systems.

• Conduct trainings on SOPs including on job training to build skilled manpower.

• Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.

• Maintain all logbooks and update GMP documents (as relevant).

• Raise deviations and implement CAPAs timely.

• Maintain stock of spares and consumables for maintenance and operation.

• Manage the resources along with manpower efficiently and effectively.

• Supervise and report day-to-day operation activities.
