The Accounts Department ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements to support innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Job Location : Head Office (Motijheel)

Responsibilities of Senior Executive (Accounts)

  • Maintain daily accounting records including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries.

  • Process and verify vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Assist in product costing by collecting data on raw materials, packaging, and production overheads.

  • Monitor and update inventory records, stock movements, and support physical stock verification.

  • Handle routine bank transactions, cheque processing, and assist in bank reconciliation.

  • Support LATR/LC accounting, import documentation, and recording of duties and related costs.

  • Prepare VAT-related documents (Mushak forms, challans) and assist in VAT/TDS/VDS compliance.

  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules for internal and external use.

  • Track receivables and payables, follow up for collections, and maintain proper documentation.

  • Provide support in budgeting and variance analysis by compiling required data.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, warehouse) for financial data and reconciliation.

  • Assist auditors and management by providing required financial information and reports.

  • Perform any other accounting or financial tasks as assigned by the Manager.
