Minimum 1–2 year experience as Senior Medical Services Officer / Team Leader
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets of assigned area
Lead, coach, and monitor Medical Services Officers for effective field performance
Ensure proper implementation of company sales strategy and promotional activities
Increase prescription generation and market share of company brands
Develop strong relationships with KOL doctors and institutional customers
Conduct joint field work with team members on a regular basis
Monitor daily call average, coverage, and productivity of team members
Ensure proper territory management and a doctor coverage plan
Analyze sales data and take corrective actions to close gaps
Ensure the availability of products at the chemist/ DCC and institution level
Conduct regular team meetings and training for skill development
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
Maintain discipline, reporting compliance, and company SOP adherence
