Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives
Lead, coach and monitor Area Managers and Medical Services Officers
Develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies
Ensure proper coverage and frequency of doctors, pharmacies, DCC and institutions
Monitor daily field activities and ensure productivity of team members
Analyze sales data and take corrective actions to improve performance
Conduct regular field visits with AMs and MSOs for on-job coaching
Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns and marketing activities
Maintain strong relationships with key doctors, institutions, and DCCs
Monitor territory-wise sales performance and growth
Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company SOPs
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, members
