Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve the assigned sales target of the Division
Supervise and guide RSMs /ASMs/ Area Managers / Medical Services Officers
Ensure daily field work and joint field visits
Increase prescription generation from key doctors
Monitor DCC & Ethical sales growth
Implement promotional strategies and campaign execution
Conduct regular sales meetings and training
Analyze territory-wise sales performance
Ensure product availability in chemist and DCC levels
Develop new business opportunities in the assigned Division
Monitor competitor activities and market feedback
Ensure proper reporting and discipline in the field force
Support RSM /ASM/ AGM Sales in sales planning
