Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) / Material Science and Engineering (MSE) from any University of Bangladesh. MBA degree is Preferable.
∎ Skills Required: creativity and innovation, Process Development, Renovation, result oriented, Team leading ability
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Flexible Packaging, Production of Printing Packaging
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and evaluate the current production cost by categorize the jobs
∎ Identify and determine the new ways of production cost minimization
∎ Analyze the production process and find out the areas of improvement for process re-engineering
∎ Responsible to identify and solve if there is any problem in production process to ensure flawless production
∎ Notify Plant Head on any imbalance costing found in production process
∎ Assist in new product development and enhancements by coordinating with Production team, QC team, Marketing dept. & Plant Head
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in flexible packaging industry
∎ Proven experience as Business/Product Analyst
∎ Strong organizing and time management skills
∎ Knowledge of production process and supply chain management is preferable
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel (V lookup, Pivot Table, Chart etc.)
∎ Analytical and Problem-solving skills
∎ Communication skill both Verbal and Written in English
