Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Food & Nutrition Science/Food Technology/any other relevant subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new products related to ice cream, frozen food, bakery items, dry food items and coordinate with all stake holders for proper execution of the idea.
∎ Conduct market research to understand the competitor's move and product development strategies to acquire brand status and expected market.
∎ Arrange focus group discussion (FGD) and visit market to understand the customer insights.
∎ Improve and customize the existing product as per consumer demand.
∎ Look after product packaging designs that go with brand and as per Govt. guidelines and coordinate with related stakeholders to finalize the product and on time launching.
∎ Conduct internal and external product testing, make necessary changes as per testing report and coordinate with the related stakeholders to finalize the product and on time launching.
∎ Work closely with the factory team to make necessary changes in the product and processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant job field
∎ Have good knowledge in product development and packaging across different product category including ice cream and frozen food.
∎ Have good command over food security and hygiene security especially in ISO certification like QMS, FSSC, and HACCP etc.
∎ Have good knowledge in bakery, flour and spices based product formulation, process system and packaging system of food.
∎ Be experienced in market research and pre-product launching activation.
∎ Emolument: Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
