Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all HR activities including Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Payroll Management, Leave and Attendance, etc.
∎ UpToDate HRIS Data and update, and maintain employee Personal Files and HR Documents in an efficient, timely, orderly, and confidential manner.
∎ Look after leave management, and payroll management.
∎ Carry out activities related to Performance Management.
∎ Prepare different types of HR-related reports.
∎ Prepare a Yearly Calendar and distribute it to all employees.
∎ Training Need Assessment of the Employee and Develop Yearly Training Calendar as per TNA.
∎ Any other task required or assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in HR Software
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel.
∎ Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
∎ Ability to multitask and ability to set the priority of work effectively.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong understanding of labor laws.
