• Age At least 25 years

• Handle all types of accessory bookings and ensure in-house coordination, including relevant communication with buyers.
• Submit all PP samples, test samples, certification samples, Internet samples, and random test fabrics as per buyer requirements with PLM & vendor portal updates.
• Pre-production card making and submission for approval, and trim card format making and checking handover to the relevant person.
• To distribute approved PP samples, production files, and trim cards to the concerned department & size set, follow up, and conduct PPM calls and conduct.
• Communication with the buyer for all kinds of print & embroidery strike-offs for approval purposes before bulk production starts.
• Working on ERP for the Accessories Budget and Accessories & Fabrics Booking for the buyer.
• Ensure timely in-house receipt of all types of PP sample accessories and bulk accessories.
• To coordinate with the buyer & supplier for all kinds of tech packs & documents related to communication and updates in the PLM.
• Liaison with the commercial department regarding the payment for the supplier (LC, TT) and undertaking all formalities.
• Maintaining relations with the related internal department to solve any kind of problem and make decisions under the guidance of seniors.
