Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all legal matters, including corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and data privacy.
∎ Develop and implement legal policies, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Lead legal due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and other corporate transactions.
∎ Mitigate legal risks through proactive strategies and initiatives.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings, regulatory matters, and negotiations.
∎ Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and ensure ongoing compliance.
∎ Collaborate with risk management, compliance, HR, finance, and other key departments
