∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Textile, Lean Management, Six Sigma
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the lean principles & develop standards of performance.
∎ Assists in continuous improvement of the process in various projects.
∎ Creating process map, value stream map to recommend changes that can cut waste from operating procedures to management.
∎ Observe the processes and develop idea for method improvement for production floor.
∎ Support to Lean sigma projects & ensure implementation of 5s method.
∎ Ensure training related to Lean Management.
∎ Ensure proper internal audit.
∎ Deploy appropriate methodologies to problem solving through root cause and support business to solve problems.

∎ Age 26 to 33 years
