Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MIS for management and all other department as and when required
∎ Monitoring the IT Asset management and ensure the proper uses
∎ Various platform (System | Application | Web | TALLY | ERP) software management, troubleshoot, user training etc.
∎ Oversee and support overall IT operation, IT support to various plant/factory/business units of the company.
∎ Server management: Email, Active Directory, File Server, NAS Server etc and its Backup.
∎ Look after Hardware and software system of the IT device of the company.
∎ CC Camera, Attendance devices and it's system monitoring and trouble shooting
∎ IT support Any Other Design related duties assigned by HOD or Management.
∎ Strictly follow the departmental SOP to run the ERP system as per UAT
∎ Provide ERP support to all office staff.
∎ Assist during the testing phase of new developments and implement in the live system.
∎ Conduct and coordinate the training activities and provide support throughout the office, trouble shooting.
∎ Work closely with the ERP development / implementation team and complete the ERP installation as advised by supervisor.
∎ Monitor data entry from each department. & Trouble shoots any ERP data entry or report generation problem.
∎ Contribute in the enhancement, monitoring, planning, testing and ongoing implementation of the company's leading advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
∎ Assist to evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 3-4 years (ERP, Networking, Server & Cloud Management, CCNA preferred)
∎ Honesty, Integrity, and Hardworking mentality

Salary:
∎ Depend on the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate.
