Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain and troubleshoot office computer hardware, printers, and network systems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer software, antivirus, and operating systems.
- Monitor internet, CCTV, attendance device, and email servers at all branches.
- Ensure data backup, system security, and server maintenance.
- Provide IT support for staff and resolve daily technical issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation for all offices.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services.
- Assist in website and social media page management (if required).
