Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain accurate receive and delivery records of all garments, materials, inventory taking, quantity checking as per the procedures;
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the washing store like a safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch;
∎ Ensure goods inbound and outbound, warehouse, safety and security within the store;
∎ Ensure proper deliveries of the garments;
∎ Make sure inventory control and minimum stock level of chemicals and dyes;
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that garments, chemicals and dyes are stored correctly & safely and warehouse space is used efficiently;
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within budgeted limit;
∎ Develop and maintain software based system for delivering garments and materials to the production floor as per plan;
∎ Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully;
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy;
∎ Lead and guide the washing store personnel to accomplish the assigned task in the best possible way;
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have at least 3 year(s) working experience in Textile/Washing Factory.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time
∎ Loyalty and dedication to work
