Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update the trainee operator skill Matrix every batch wise and individual.
∎ Trainee Operators evaluation based on efficiency and operations knowledge
∎ Training material flow plan and arrangement based on the new line startup requirement
∎ New style analyze from development stage and production effective method applying
∎ Based on developments samples/ sketches create style operation breakdown & calculate SMV for costing
∎ Design folders and work ads for sample development center
∎ Sample room capacity monitoring & develop
∎ Sample room efficiency report making & monitoring
∎ Complete operation breakdown creation with folders & attachment with needle clamp size.
∎ Sample plan studding and make arrangement for upcoming styles
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
