∎ Should clear Knowledge on SMV, IE CM Calculation, Efficiency, Productivity, CPM Calculation.
∎ Should be hard working, sincere & ready to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in the performance of production.
∎ Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machines, and materials.
∎ Analyze productivity and improve the system by implementing the kaizen process.
∎ Lay out the production schedule so that production quotas are met.
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
∎ Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.

∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the Management.
