∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE/Textile/ Graduate from any Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Jamirdiya, Valuka, Mymensingh.
∎ Workplace: Work at factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make capacity study, Production Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study like a reputed and 100% export oriented knit (especially lingerie) garment factory.
∎ Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
∎ Monitoring Hourly production figure against the IE target and find the variance with getting supporting management.
∎ Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
∎ Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
∎ Ensure back to back feeding, checking method when line feeding.
∎ Monitoring Line/Section Efficiency.
∎ Monitoring and identify the line bottleneck, WIP, critical areas.
∎ Meeting regarding Low efficiency areas with line Management as needed.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine
∎ Overtime & loss time monitoring and recording.
∎ Identify wasteful activities & reduce/simplify wasteful activities.
∎ Updating the SMV data base, Skill inventory & method improvement.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by the immediate Superior as well as Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: IE, Lean Manufacturing.
∎ Lingerie product experience well get priority.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Floor/line management, Industrial & Production Engineering.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Cutting, Sewing & Finishing).
∎ Leadership and team management skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Having a good command over computer office program
∎ Having a good communication skill
∎ Time management & deadline oriented
