Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and selection, Employee development and training, policy development and documentation, Performance measurement and improvement system, Maintaining discipline & administration in the corporate office, Check daily attendance report of the employees.
∎ Properly update and maintain personal file of the all employees.
∎ Properly prepare and serve different letters Offer Letters, Appointment, Confirmation, and Transfer and Promotion letters.
∎ Assessing Manpower demand from concern department.
∎ Job design and development based on organizational and department goal.
∎ Ensure core business, activates and participating in overall HR controlling system of the company.
∎ Communicating with factories regarding attendance, salary sheet and any other issues of HR & Payroll.
∎ Prepare monthly training calendar, Organize training and development training material according to company needs.
∎ Prepare issues Office note, Memo, Office Order, Notice & circular in respect of HR & Administrative issues efficiently Bengali and English language.
∎ Maintaining provident Fund day to day Operation & Account’s properly.
∎ Check the conveyances of employee, by checking their tracking.
∎ Coordinate to vendor Management like –ROBI, BDJOBS and Software Developer.
∎ Corporate SIM card management & procedure billing management.
∎ Look after healthy workplace hygiene and environment.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of on Bangladesh Labor Low.
∎ Good oral and written communication in Bangla & English.
∎ MS Office/Excel proficiency is must
∎ Power point presentation skill.
∎ Attention to detail & accuracy, willing to work under pressure

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
