Experience:
HRIS & Database Management: Maintain and update the employee database, create personal files, record employees’ personal, professional & educational history in ERP, and upload required documents.
Document Preparation: Draft salary certificates, NOCs, employment certificates, experience certificates, invitation letters, and other HR-related documents.
HR Services & Coordination: Conduct project site visits and prepare detailed reports; ensure seamless communication between site HR/Admin and Corporate HR; manage attendance, leave, and day-to-day HR activities; handle tasks assigned by management and senior leaders.
Expatriate Management: Support recruitment for expatriate positions; manage the complete work permit process for foreign employees, including applications, extensions, amendments, and cancellations.
Travel & Visa Coordination: Arrange and confirm domestic and international travel in collaboration with HR and travel agents; facilitate visa applications for official business trips.
