We are looking for a dynamic and skilled IE Executive/ Sr. executive in our sewing , cutting , finishing section to join our Knit Garments team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in production planning, time & motion study, line balancing, and efficiency improvement within a knit-based manufacturing environment.

Job Description / Responsibility :

• Conduct time and motion study for sewing /cutting/finishing operations.

• Analyze line performance and efficiency to achieve production targets.

• Prepare operation bulletin, SMV, and capacity study reports.

• Coordinate with planning, production, and quality teams for continuous improvement.

• Implement methods to reduce non-productive time and improve line balancing.

• Ensure daily IE reports and data accuracy for MIS updates.

• Line balancing daily morning with production In-Charge and PM.

• Capacity Study for new styles.

• Hourly production monitoring as per line target.

• Monitoring layout line as per operation bulletin.

• Prepare changeover report & reduce changeover time by taking necessary steps.

• Any other task as assigned by the superior.
