Responsibilities & Context:

Air Freight Customer Service & Documentation role is to support business growth and customer retention by delivering efficient, proactive, and high-quality service to customers.

Maintain effective communication with existing clients to ensure consistent service delivery and smooth coordination.

The role contributes to customer satisfaction, operational accuracy & the overall success

Respond promptly to all emails from overseas offices and customers, replies within 24 hours.

Check and confirm bookings with customers & arrange cargo stuffing in coordination with teams. 6.Communicate regularly with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operational execution.

Maintain strong relationships with air carriers to support & efficient shipment handling.

Identify and assess customer needs—including shipment types, volumes, and service expectations—to ensure efficient and appropriate service delivery.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure proper handover, cargo stuffing, and smooth 10.shipment execution aligned with customer expectations and company standards.

Send loading details to clients and prepare Dummy Air Waybill (AWBL) and drafts accurately and within required timelines.

Maintain effective communication with overseas offices and agents across various countries to ensure smooth coordination of shipments.

Build strong rapport and trust with customers by understanding their business, industry trends, and specific logistics requirements.

Follow up import documents with overseas counterpart and collect import documents from Airport.

Performing every Tasks with own responsibility.
