∎ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of fish feed products, aquaculture practices, and industry standards.
∎ Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; strategic planning and analytical abilities.
∎ Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in achieving sales targets for fish feed products within assigned regions.
∎ Conduct field visits to engage with fish farmers, hatcheries, and distributors, promoting the benefits of company products.
∎ Support Zonal Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies to expand market reach.
∎ Educate clients on the appropriate use of fish feed, feeding techniques, and best practices in aquaculture.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and farm visits to advise clients on feed management.
∎ Collect market data and feedback on client needs, competitor products, and emerging industry trends.
∎ Identify potential opportunities for product sales in the market, and report findings to management.
∎ Support sales team in developing marketing plans based on local insights.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including fish farmers and distributors.
∎ Ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries and issues, maintaining a high level of customer service.
∎ Regularly update clients on product features, promotions, and best practices.
∎ Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales activity reports, including field visit details and client feedback.
∎ Assist in forecasting demand based on customer needs and seasonal patterns.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and inventory usage.
∎ Coordinate with the production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
∎ Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and industry developments.
