∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: KPI Training

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): PMS (KPI)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the KPI based performance management system of all employees.
∎ To ensure the smooth operation of PMS software, follow up and coordinate with the Graph-ai team for continuous development.
∎ Make awareness regarding the KPI based performance management system of all employees.
∎ Monthly generate the performance record of all staff through PMS software.
∎ To prepare SOP of the data capturing method to measure the employee’s performance.
∎ To ensure that KRA & KPI properly upload in PMS software with their proper weightage.
∎ To ensure the confirmation & yearly appraisal of all employees.
∎ Prepare all types of letter (transfer, promotion, increment confirmation letter, extension letter) based on the approval.
∎ To give support the recruitment and selection team.
∎ To do any other work as per instruction of management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
