Education:
Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.
Preferred Professional Certification: Cisco CCNA, MikroTik.
Training/Trade Course: MikroTik, Cisco CCNA.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Skilled in MikroTik device administration.
- Preferred skills in Cisco/Juniper equipment administration.
- Strong hands-on knowledge in eBGP/iBGP configuration, static routing, NAT/CGNAT, route selection process, VTP, STP, VLANs, and end-user bandwidth shaping using MikroTik.
- Good working knowledge of network topologies, equipment, protocols, and services.
- Solid understanding of prevailing CDN services and technologies.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a Distributor/Retailer/Service Provider environment with first-hand troubleshooting cases.
- Proficiency in both Bangla and English (verbal and written).
Responsibilities & Context:
- 24x7 infrastructure, customer monitoring, and reporting.
- Team supervision, including Tier-1 and Tier-2 customer support (ISPs).
- Customer solutions and requirements assessment.
- Conduct in-house training sessions.
