Experience:
MBA/BBA major in HRM from Public University or from any reputed private university.
Having a Professional Certificate on PGDHRM from BIM will get extra privilege.
Good Ms office and Emailing skill, Problem Solving
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
Strong presentation and delivery skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Should be proactive and dynamic, able to work hard efficiently.Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
Coordination of all HR & Administrative functions of the Company
Preparation / Issue office notes, memos, office orders, all kinds of letters & circulars in respect of HR & admin issues.
Maintain and update different records like leave, attendance, meal, personal files and other records as per company's policy.
Carryout the recruitment & selection process.
Preparing Job Description of employees.
Employee database management and personnel filing & managing HR-related database.
Handling disciplinary & grievance procedures, employee relation issues as per law & company procedures.
Follow up Attendance, Leave Management, Disciplinary actions, expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime allowance, incentives, Final settlement bill etc.
Support the HOD with updating HR Policy and ensuring the effective implication of all HR related matters within the organization
Prepare appointment/offer letters, schedule interviews, and support information and communication on recruitment in the office
Support with screening new recruitment.
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Arrange monthly meetings, prepare agenda, minutes and circulate within a stipulated time.
Carry out other necessary administrative tasks as deemed important by the organization.
Assist and implement a Performance management system with all departments in coordination with HOD
Carrying out pre and post-employment processes.
Ensure that references/backgrounds of selected candidates are checked and educational certificates are verified.
Employee database management and personnel filing & managing HR-related database
Maintain and continuously update Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) and Assist in monthly payroll operations.
Able to manage departmental activities efficiently & Any other tasks as assigned by the Management
