Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or Finance field (MBA & PGDHRM preferred).

• Proficient in typing in English and using the Bijoy Bangla Keyboard.
• Skilled in MS Office and general administrative systems.
• Highly organized and capable of working under pressure.
• Flexible to work extended hours during buyer visits or audits.
• Able to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla.
The ‘Executive/Senior Executive – Administration’ will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring the highest level of hospitality for foreign buyers, auditors, and visitors. This role requires a proactive, well-organized individual who can maintain smooth administrative functions and uphold the company’s image through professional guest management and facility coordination.
Administration:
• Supervise and coordinate all administrative activities within the factory premises, including housekeeping, security, transport, disciplinary action and office maintenance.
• Monitor and ensure proper upkeep of factory facilities, utilities, and employee amenities (canteen, medical center etc.)
• Support HR and compliance teams during buyer or third-party audits by ensuring all logistical and administrative arrangements are made.
• Handle vendor management, liaise with service providers for maintenance, catering, and other administrative services.
• Maintain and control administrative budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the head office and factory for all administrative matters.
• Maintain liaison with regulatory bodies and stakeholders (Govt./Private) like; BGMEA, BKMEA, BTMA, BIDA the fire & civil defense department, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations, the Environment office, local influences, etc. Monitor & follow up on different licenses, court cases, and workers grievance-related issues.
Hospitality & Guest Management:
• Plan and manage the complete hospitality arrangement for foreign buyers, auditors, and visitors, including airport pickup, transport, accommodation, meals, and factory tours.
• Plan & Organize factory events meeting & external visit.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a professional and comfortable experience for all guests.
• Prepare meeting rooms, ensure refreshment arrangements, and oversee visitor logistics.
• Manage official events, meetings, and corporate functions as per company standards.
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor while interacting with guests, representing the company’s brand and values.
