∎ Utilize Amadeus to book flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
∎ Assist clients with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations. Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, fare rules, and options.
∎ Collaborate with airlines and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and availability.
∎ Ensure accuracy in booking details and travel documentation. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, airline regulations, and fare structures.
∎ Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
∎ Resolve booking-related issues efficiently and professionally.
