Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Front Desk Management, Appointment, and Meeting Coordination.
∎ Administrative Support, Customer Service, Communication Hub.
∎ Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
∎ Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
∎ Greet and welcome guests.
∎ Must have experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
∎ Answer questions and address complaints.
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
∎ Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
∎ Take up other duties as assigned (Task arrangements, schedules etc.)
∎ Skills & Expertise

∎ Must be able to read and write English
