Experience:

Accurately update records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Address customer objections professionally and provide clear, effective solutions.
Generate referrals by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive sales growth.
Stay informed about new offers, packages, and competitor activities.
Provide customer feedback to contribute to service quality improvement.
