Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make client engagement calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell internet packages and services.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable internet packages.

  • Follow up with interested leads to successfully close sales.

  • Accurately update records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.

  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Address customer objections professionally and provide clear, effective solutions.

  • Generate referrals by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive sales growth.

  • Stay informed about new offers, packages, and competitor activities.

  • Provide customer feedback to contribute to service quality improvement.
