∎ MBA/Masters in Human Resource Management
∎ Bachelor degree in Sociology; Social work; Social welfare
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in Complaince,PDGHRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct awareness program on company rules & regulation, health & safety, hygiene & first aid etc.
∎ Daily floor visit to build up cordial relation with workers
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per labor law and company policy.
∎ Maintain good workers and employer relationships within the organization.
∎ Collect grievance of workers & consult with management to resolve grievances on priority basis.
∎ Carry out employee motivation & moral building activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years of hands on experience in the HRM & Welfare functions
∎ Candidates with experience of working in FMCG (Manufacturing), RMG or Group of company would be preferred;
∎ Fluency in English both written and verbal is a must;
∎ Strong knowledge and hands on experience on Microsoft Office suite;
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other employees to ensure teamwork;
∎ Able to work independently with attention to details and able to cope up with a busy working environment;
