∎ Masters / Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university.
∎ MBA in HRM / Diploma in Compliance are given extra preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Employee Relation, Welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building good communication between workers and management employees.
∎ Conduct awareness programs among all workers to ensure all rules and regulations, policies and procedures, health and safety, hygiene and first aid, welfare and compliance related issues.
∎ Maintain welfare related all kind of record keeping registers.
∎ Train and ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in all sections.
∎ Carrying out floor visit every day on time to check housekeeping & different compliance issues.
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers & staffs for better performance & morale building activities.
∎ Collect grievance of workers & consult with management to resolve grievances on priority basis.
∎ Ensure all welfare activities are driven according to Bangladesh labor law 2006, labor rules 2015 and Company's HR policy and procedures.
∎ Any other assignments and responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Candidate must be interested in shifting (including night shift)
∎ Sufficient typing speed in English and Bangla (MS Word & Excel)
