  6. Should have sound knowledge on EPZ Labor Law, other required laws applicable for factories.


Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Leading Tent Manufacturing group of companies involved in diversified business is looking for Executive - Welfare for its HR Department. The candidate must have minimum 03-04 years working experience in respective field.        
  2. Counseling to the workers to reduce Absenteeism, turnover rate
  3. Handling worker`s grievance with a view to reduce it·        
  4. Have vast knowledge about EPZ labor law and other related Govt. Law
  5. Arranging training and awareness program·        
  6. Conduct Induction program for the newly recruited employees.  
  7. Maintaining of employee`s suggestion and complain boxes & keeping records.        
  8. Conducting domestic, primary and formal inquiry for disciplinary measures.        
  9. Conducting exit interview, survey on different issues as per management requirement for reducing worker`s migration.
  10. Maintaining Maternity leave Register, ensure all facility of Maternity Employee, Process (Advance & Balance) payment and keeping all records as per EPZ Labour Act 2019.        
  11. To look after Compliance issues & ensure facility EHS.
  12. Monitoring Factory Medical Facility & Child Care etc.        
  13. Other duties as assigned by management.
