Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master's from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail and corporate sales, Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve or exceed monthly Sales Target as assigned by the management.
∎ Responsible to reach the potential investors and visit them.
∎ To make outbound sales calls.
∎ To attend in-bound calls and walk in clients to sell Mutual Fund Units.
∎ Ensure proper filling up of application forms and collecting necessary documents from clients.
∎ Prepare, maintain and report sales, clients' database and other reports as assign by the management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates experience in deposit collection in Financial Institution will be given preference

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Mobile Allowances Transport Allowances Sales Incentives (Based on Target Achievement)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
